Session 1 Overview: Understanding Your Brand and Digital Landscape
During the first session, you will learn about the importance of your web site, its role in converting customers and why it is essential that yours be mobile friendly. We’ll also introduce you to the variety of digital marketing channels and how they can work together to effectively tell your brand story online. Lastly, we’ll help you understand the various skill sets involved in successfully building and managing your brand.
At the end of session 1, you will have the knowledge and resources to:
• Plan how to tell your brand story online
• Describe the variety of digital marketing channels
• Summarize how to build a responsive web site that converts traffic to sales
• Articulate the importance of digital budgets and teams
• Discuss the impact of mobile in building your brand
